SHC coach Shawn Tayler said following the matches, "I want to congratulate Jacksonville on the victory. Both teams are on spring break, but I thought they did a much better job of being mentally and physically prepared to compete. We found ourselves looking uphill from the outset. At time we made great plays, but they did a good job of not letting us get in a good rhythm. We're looking forward to a few days off with the expectation that we'll come back after break refocused and refreshed to make a final push through the season."
The Badgers (4-10) will next play the University of New Orleans (UNO) Privateers (2-9) at the UAB Beach Blast in Birmingham, Ala., on Saturday, April 2, at 11:30 a.m.
