Box Score HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) women's soccer team took a 3-0 Gulf South Conference (GSC) road loss to the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) Chargers at Charger Park.
The Chargers (6-7-2, 3-6-1 GSC) broke on top early in the contest when Alexcia Alexander's eighth goal of the season came off a ball that skimmed off the left post and into the net in the 7th minute of play.
UAH opened the second half much like the first period as Sydnie Fiocca buried a score past the near post from 10 yards out off an excellent entry from Alexander that found Fiocca alone in front of the goal. Maddie Maurice later closed the scoring with a penalty kick goal for the Chargers in 81st minute.

Michael Patrick said following the match. "We need to be more consistent in terms of energy on the pitch and must improve on finishing to be competitive in this conference."

Maggie Dalessio (1-9-3) made four saves against eight shots and five corner kicks by UAH while Charger keeper Larae Breaux collected six saves against 12 shots and five corners by the Badgers.
