Haughey began working with Spring Hill in fall of 2022 after working with the Arkansas track, field and baseball teams. 

She earned her Master's in athletic training from the University of Arkansas in May of 2022. Prior to that Haughey received her Bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of South Alabama, where she also worked with the football and baseball teams, in the spring of 2020.

Haughey is a native of Frisco, Texas.
