An Assistant Director of Development Services for Spring Hill College, Swoboda signed on as a Pitching Coach for the Badgers Softball team in January 2020. She has been married 22 years to her husband, Matt, with two children; Alex (a freshman at Ole Miss) and Matthew (8^th grade at St. Paul's). She grew up in Ft. Myers, Florida and graduated from Florida State University. She has played softball most of her life at third base, shortstop, and pitcher.
