CLINTON, Miss. – The Spring Hill women's tennis team was tripped up on Tuesday, falling 7-0 on the road against Mississippi College. The loss is the first for the Badgers this spring, dropping them to 1-1 on the young season.

Tuesday was Spring Hill's first visit to the state of Mississippi since the 2023 campaign.

The Choctaws took the doubles point with wins in the first and third flights, grabbing the early edge heading into singles play.
Claire Bosman was saddled with her first individual loss of the year, dropping the top singles flight by a tally of 6-1, 6-1.

Brooke Powers fell on Courts 3 and 4 respectively. Spring Hill senior
Italia Jones fell 6-1, 6-0 on Court 4, while
Romina Kroemer was tripped up 6-0, 6-1 on Court 5. Annabell Hill's 6-0, 6-0 loss on Court 6 gave the Choctaws the sweep.
