Hall of Fame Highlight – Yiting Cao
MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College Department of Athletics will induct volleyball alumnus Yiting "Ting" Cao into the SHC Hall of Fame on October 16 Byrne Memorial Hall.

Known simply as "Ting" at Spring Hill, Cao is regarded as one of the greatest volleyball players in program history. Transferring in 2010, she immediately changed the direction of the program, leading the Badgers to the Southern States Athletic Conference Western Division title with a 27-5 record, their first winning season in five years. Her play earned her SSAC West Division Player of the Year, All-Conference honors, Southeast Region Newcomer of the Year, All-Region honors and recognition as a Third Team NAIA All-American.

As a senior in 2011, Ting guided Spring Hill to its best season ever at 40-3, including an undefeated conference record and the program's first national tournament appearance in nearly a decade. She was named SSAC Player of the Year, SSAC West Division Player of the Year, SSAC All-Conference, Southeast Region Player of the Year, All-Southeast Region, a First Team NAIA All-American, and earned CoSIDA Second Team Academic All-American honors.

In just two seasons, Ting helped transform Spring Hill volleyball into a championship program, leaving a lasting mark as one of its all-time greats.

Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner ticket options include Individual ($75) and Reserved Table of Eight ($600) and can be purchased here.
