MOBILE, Ala. – Spring Hill College mourns the loss of men's basketball alumnus Chris Colvin ('83).

Colvin, a Montgomery, Ala., native, prepped at St. Jude Educational Institute prior to his arrival at Spring Hill. In his time with the Badgers from 1979-83, he averaged 14 points per game as a junior and 15 as a senior.
 
He also earned two Gulf Coast Athletic Conference All-Conference honors during his career. Following his graduation, Colvin went on to a 29-year career with the United States Department of Justice, retiring as a Unit Manager.
