Badgers Split Day Two of SIAC Round-Up

ROME, Ga. – The Spring Hill College women's tennis team split results during day two of the SIAC Round-Up at the Rome Tennis Center. The Badgers fell 7-0 to Tuskegee before defeating Clark Atlanta, 6-1.
 
The Badgers (3-3, 3-1 SIAC) were swept by the Golden Tigers (1-3, 1-0 SIAC) in their first match of the day. Brooke Powers put up a fight in singles play, taking her opponent to tie breakers in both sets.
 
Spring Hill shook it off, turned around and defeated Clark Atlanta, 6-1. SHC swept the doubles point with two commanding wins and a forfeit by the Panthers.
 
In singles play, the Badgers continued their domination, taking wins on all five courts that played.
