Spring Hill Falls to Albany State, 5-2

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's tennis team fell to Albany State in Saturday's SIAC matchup, 5-2.
 
The Badgers slipped to 3-10 and 3-3 in conference while the Golden Rams jumped to 6-5 and 6-1 in SIAC play on the year.


Brooke Powers and Paola Marin Sabao captured the only wins for Spring Hill in both doubles and singles. The duo defeated their opponents on court three, 6-0.
 
Marin Sabao opened singles play with a win (6-0, 6-1) in the No. 6 spot. Powers swept her opponent (6-0, 6-0) at No. 3.
