MOBILE, Ala. – The No. 46 Spring Hill College men's tennis team edged out Xavier (La.), 4-3, at the Copeland-Cox (Mobile) Tennis Center on Friday.

The Badgers (9-3, 5-0 SIAC) extended their win streak to nine matches with the 4-3 win against Xavier (La.) (4-6). The win marked the first for Spring Hill in the all-time series with the Gold Rush.

Hugo Blasco Granell clinched the doubles point with a 4-6 win on court one. Blasco Granell continued his momentum into singles play.
