GULF SHORES, Ala. – The Spring Hill College beach volleyball team earned a pair of victories against William Carey and Erskine during the opening day of the Badger Beach Bash.

The Badgers (2-3) swept the Crusaders (0-1) in the first match of the day.
Jaylyne Bell and
Brooke Borgmeyer earned a commanding win on court one, 21-12, 21-8.

Kamble Frenette and
Marissa Peck took the win on court two 21-12, 21-18.
Elizabeth Hardouin and Alessandra Lane picked up the victory on court three, 21-11, 21-18.

Reagan Huff and
Ashlyn Whiteside notched a 21-19, 21-15 win on court four.
Addisyn Tolbert and
Emma Grace Payne contributed a 21-6, 21-7 win to the sweep of William Carey.

Spring Hill continued its momentum and grabbed a 4-1 win over Erskine. Bell and Borgmeyer snagged the win on court one, 21-9, 21-12.

Hardouin and Lane defeated their opponent 21-15, 21-10, on court three. Huff and Whiteside claimed a 21-14, 21-9 victory on court four. Tolbert and Payne won their match on court five 21-16, 21-17.
