Edward Waters tops SHC 58-43

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's basketball team fell 58-43 to Edward Waters Thursday evening at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.
 
The Tigers (5-4, 4-2 SIAC) controlled the game early, building a 25-16 lead by halftime. The Badgers (4-4, 2-3 SIAC) battled but were unable to cut into the deficit down the stretch.

Game Notes
- Madison Dowling led the game with 20 points while going 9-for-15 from the field. She also led SHC with eight rebounds and three steals.
- Jenice Adjessom added five points and four rebounds while dishing out four assists.
- Libby Geisler scored six points and was perfect (4-4) from the free throw line.
- Dowling and Ta'Myla Allen combined for two blocks, marking a season high for the Badgers.
