SHC Defeats MC, 67-59

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's basketball team earned a 67-59 victory over Mississippi College during the 2025 GSC-SIAC Women's Basketball Crossover on Saturday.
 
The Badgers (1-1) found their rhythm in the second quarter, outscoring the Choctaws (1-1) 25-12 and maintained their lead through the rest of the game. MC battled back in the third, but SHC held firm and closed out the non-conference win.

Game Notes
- Libby Geisler exploded for a game-leading 23 points on 6-of-10 shooting with 3-of-6 from three while adding eight rebounds.
- Madison Dowling produced 16 points on 5-of-6 shooting.
- Nicole Blanch added 11 points and contributed 4 rebounds and 2 assists.
- Spring Hill shot 21-43 from the field (48.8 %) and 6-19 from three (31.6 %).
- The Badger bench added 41 points, and the team scored 19 fast-break points.
