Badgers bested by Mobile

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College men's tennis team lost 4-1 to crosstown rival Mobile at the Mobile Tennis Center on Wednesday.
 
Charles Wallace and Hugo Blasco Granell secured the only set won in doubles for the Badgers, winning 6-2. Philip Bosman and Noah Eberhard also fought hard in doubles for SHC, losing a close match 6-4.
 
Granell also grabbed the only point scored for Spring Hill in singles play, with a score of 6-2, 6-4. Tom Gutermann fought hard in his singles match, taking it to a third set where he lost 4-6, 6-7, 4-7.
