HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Spring Hill College women's basketball team (3-5, 2-0 SIAC) fell, 65-46, to William Carey (12-0, 5-0 SSAC) at Clinton Gymnasium on Saturday.

Spring Hill shot 32 percent from the floor and 81 percent from the free throw line, but was held back by 17 percent shooting from beyond the arc. William Carey shot 38 percent from the field and generated 24 points off of turnovers.

Kellyn Hunter, who is averaging 18.0 points per game, led scoring with 20 points. Hunter led scoring with 20-plus points for the fifth time this season.

Marta Duda led the Badgers with 10 rebounds, all of which were defensive.
Claudia Garrido dished out a game-leading four assists alongside WCU's Rose Warren.
