ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Spring Hill College men's basketball team (1-2) dropped Monday's road game 100-82 to Flagler (3-0) at Flagler Gymnasium.
 
Walter Peggs Jr. led the Badgers with 22 points, seven made field goals and was perfect (7-7) at the free throw line. Timothy Reilly led with six rebounds, a pair of blocks and totaled 12 points.
 
Steven Lyles tallied 16 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block. Freshman guard Rocco Lamuno picked up 10 points, two assists and two steals.
 
The Badgers shot 46 percent from the floor and 73 percent from the free throw line. Flagler shot 53 percent from the floor, 41 percent from distance and 93 percent from the charity stripe.

"The Saints seemed divine tonight and at times they never seemed to miss a shot. They hit more free throws than we took and had us back on our heels with our third game in four days. Flagler is a good team and well coached. Our guys battled hard and we made some good runs but couldn't get the ball to drop. This Florida trip was a good learning experience for our team but we look forward to playing games in the Outlaw Center."
