ATHENS, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's golf team closed out its fall slate with a share of second place at the Firehawk Invitational. The University of Tennessee Southern hosted the event at the Canebrake Club in north Alabama.

Spring Hill tied for second behind tournament winner Loyola (La.). The finish marks the highest in a field of five or more in the program's Division-II era.

Evie Graves led the Badgers, grabbing a share of fifth after finishing +11 (78-77). She finished the second round with two birdies and season-low 36-hole tournament score and received All-Tournament honors.

Ella Katherine Parker (84-78) placed 17
th and carded a season low two-round tournament score of 162. Sophomore
Molly Kirkman (80-83) and redshirt senior
Michelle Lorio (82-81) tied for 18
th.

Grace Denegri (86-83) tied for 22
nd after shooting +25.
Charley Burns (90-83), who competed as an individual, tied for 29
th overall in her first appearance of the season.
