MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College softball team was swept by (#19) Mississippi College in a mid-week non-conference doubleheader at the Mississippi College Softball Complex on Wednesday.

The Badgers fell behind early in game one and trailed 3-0 after the first inning. They showed life in the third when
Kyleigh Smith hit a RBI double that brought
McKenzie King home and made it a 3-1 game. The Choctaws held on to defeat Spring Hill 6-1 in game one and 8-0 in game two. Mississippi College was ranked 19
th in
the most recent National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) national rankings.Â
