MOBILE, Ala. – Spring Hill College's
Juleah Scarlett won her singles match to secure a 4-3 win over Savannah State at the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Round-Up II on Thursday.

Scarlett (6-0, 6-0) swept her match on the No. 6 court en route to the 4-3 victory over Savannah State, which snapped a seven-match losing streak for Spring Hill. Juleah also swept her doubles match with partner
Emmie Gage, 6-0, on court No. 3.
Freshmen
Paola Marin Sabao (6-4, 6-1) and
Danielle Day (7-5, 6-2) also collected wins during the match.
Natalia Barron took the win against the Tiger's No. 5, 6-1, 6-0.Â
The Badgers fell to Benedict, 7-0, and Albany State, 5-2, in a make-up match from Feb. 26.
