MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College softball team fell to in-state Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) foe Miles, 6-5, at Murray Field on Sunday.

The game was slightly delayed due to rain right as the first pitch was on the way. Spring Hill got on the board first with two runs in the bottom of the first to make it a 2-0 game. Miles answered with four runs in the third to take a 4-2 lead. The Golden Bears held on to defeat the Badgers 6-5.
Emma Curry suffered the loss on the mound for SHC while Bailey Hayes took the win and Shakayla Terry earned the save.
