MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's tennis team split results in its first two matches against Albany State and Lane at the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Round-Up on Friday.
The Badgers kicked off the conference event with a match against the Golden Rams of Albany State. ASU took the match 6-1.
Paola Marin Sabao captured the lone win for SHC during the match on court No. 4 (6-3, 6-1).
Spring Hill played its second and final match of the day against Lane and swept the result 7-0. The win snapped a four-match losing streak for the Badgers.
