MEMPHIS, Tenn. (March 8, 2022) - The Spring Hill College (SHC) men's golf team finished in 8^th place out of 9 teams at the Buccaneer Spring Invitational hosted by Christian Brothers University on Monday and Tuesday at Irene Golf and Country Club.

As a team, the Badgers shot a 41-over par score of 905 (300, 305, 300) across the par-72, 6787-yard course to end the 3-round event.

Sophomore Rasmus Malmborg (74, 75, 73, 222) shot a +6 score for a 13^th place tie out of 48 golfers. Junior Alex Heib shot a +10 score of 226 (73, 78, 75) for 22^nd place. Junior Pete Schilli carded 229 strokes (74, 78, 77) for a +13 score of 229 and a tie with teammate Brennan Dolnick (79, 74, 76) at 29^th place.

Jackson Maniscalco (72, 74, 76) rounded out the Badgers scores with a +19 score of 235 for 38^th place.

SHC next plays at the Barton College Intercollegiate in Wilson, N.C. on March 14-15.
