MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC)men's outdoor Track & Field program competed at the 2021 Jag Invitational hosted by the University of South Alabama on Friday.

Following the meet, SHC head coach Craig McVey was pleased with his team's improvements over the past week. "We had a near perfect day to compete," he said.  "Today, everyone we had out there took another huge step forward. Again, personal bests kept falling. We had many others very close to where they can be. We are working on the details and doing the little things better that you have to do to compete at a high level. To begin doing that in only our second meet back is a great indicator of the effort everyone is making.

"We have a short week this next week, but, we're looking forward to seeing where more hard work can take us."
