BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) named Spring Hill College (SHC) senior forward Tiffany Valentine as its Women's Basketball Player of the Week for February 3-9, 2020 as announced by the conference office on Tuesday morning.
 
The 6-foot, 1-inch native of Houston, Texas, scored 48 points in two games versus Central State University this week while pulling in 24 rebounds with six assists and a blocked shot. For the season, she is shooting 61% (136-223) from the field and averaging 16.8 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. She has now scored 1,550 points in her career for 4^th place on the SHC women's all-time scoring list.
 
The Badgers (8-15, 7-7 SIAC West) will next play on Wednesday night at the University of Mobile Lady Rams (13-8) in a non-conference game beginning at 5:30 p.m. in H. Austill Pharr Gymnasum.
