MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Spring Hill men's tennis team turned in yet another impressive performance as they won every doubles and singles match in a 7-0 sweep of Morehouse College Saturday afternoon. The victory was the Badgers 10^th straight and improved their overall record to 15-7 and completed a perfect season sweep of its 12 conference opponents in the SIAC. 

Spring Hill rolled through the doubles competition and quickly took a 1-0 lead. Cedric Nitz / Kurt Shiell and Ulf Grosseloh / Ricardo Pena beat their opponents by scores of 6-1 and 6-0, respectively. Til Beherendt / Alex Demel completed the sweep, winning 6-3.
The Badgers saw similar success in the singles portion of the dual. At the top of the order, Cedric Nitz got things started with a 6-0, 6-2 win. Ulf Grosseloh won by default at the No. 2 spot and Alex Demel won at the No. 3 singles, 6-1, 6-2. 

Chris Mimes was a 6-1, 6-0 winner at the No. 4 while Kurt Shiell won the No. 5 singles, 6-0, 6-2. No 6 Til Behrendt completed the sweep for Spring Hill with a double 6-0, 6-0 blanking of his opponent.
The Badgers will remain in Montgomery Sunday for their next match against Alabama State. Match time is set for 1 p.m.
The Badgers will be on the road for the next six matches to finish out the regular season, starting at Rockhurst this Sunday, April 7. The match is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at Loyola Park in Kansas City, Mo.
