PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – The Spring Hill women's team concluded its 2019 season losing 4-1 in the SIAC Third Place Match to Benedict College. The Badgers finished the season with a 9-15 record.
Spring Hill's only wins came as forfeits at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles.
Mary Roane was credited for the win at No. 6 singles, while Roane and Rebeacca Pearlman received the win at No. 3 doubles.
Jamie Martin lost a close No. 1 singles match to Benedict's Beverly Matsiwe to win 6-4, 6-4, while
Mary Grace Sullivan fell in a three-set battle at No. 2 singles.
Benedict won the double's point with victories at the No. 1 and No. 2 slots and also won No. 3 singles.
