MOBILE, Ala. – The Badgers women's tennis squad dropped its opening match against Clark Atlanta on Saturday before rebounding for a thrilling win against Benedict.
 
The Badgers struggled against the Panthers, dropping the contest 4-0.
 
However, the team pulled out a 4-3 win over the Tigers, clinched by a comeback victory in singles from Macinley Chastain. The freshman hung on to win the opening set of her singles match 7-6 and rallied after being down 1-5 in the final set to win 7-5 and hand her team the match.
 
The Badgers will return to the court on Wednesday against LSU-Alexandria.
