Following the match with LMU, SHC head coach Shawn Taylor said, "We knew they would challenge us across the board and challenge they did. We played well in tough conditions. In the end, our seniors were able to pull out victories in all of their matches. It was a phenomenal way to cap off the careers of our seniors. We were one win shy of doubling our wins each of the previous seasons they competed for us while doing it against top level competition. With the win today it also means we finished above .500 for the first time in our program's history. Savannah, Molly, Hannah, and Madie have had a huge role in laying the foundation for this program and setting the bar high for future teams. We can't thank them enough for their work, commitment and willingness to buy into a completely new program and sport."

The Badgers finished the season 17-16 overall for the first winning season in the three-year history of the program.
