SHC Bowling rolls well at Norse Classic
ERLANGER, Ky. – On Sunday, the Spring Hill College (SHC) Bowling Badgers bowled in the 3rd Annual Norse Collegiate Classic at Erlanger Super Bowl.

SHC women's bowling team competed on a 43-foot Tokyo oil pattern. Miranda Singer from Columbus, Ohio, placed 20th overall with a total pin fall of 958 to average 192 for five individual games.

The men's team bowled on a 48-foot Eiffel Tower oil pattern and Chadley Perkins from Prichard, Ala., placed 6th with a total pin fall of 1011 to average 202 over five individual games. Zachary Griffin from Pompano Beach, Fla., finished 13th and had a total pin fall of 991 to average 198 for five games. Jackson Harris from Dothan, Ala., finished 17th with a total pin fall of 975 to average 195 over five games.

SHC men's team finished the one-day tournament in 6th place. The team threw a total of 6641 pins to average 179 for 25 individual games and 12 baker games. The men fell behind Ohio State University (OSU) who took first place, followed by Morehead State University (MSU), Lindenwood University (LU), Martin Methodist College (MCU) and Emmanuel College (EU).

The women's team finished 5th with a total pin fall of 6453 for one day. The Bowling Badgers averaged 174 as a team over 25 individual games and 12 baker games. The Badgers placed behind EU who took first, followed by Ursuline College (UC), Huntington University and LU.
