TAMPA, Fla. – The Spring Hill College men's bowling team finished in 2nd place out of 5 teams at the University of South Florida Bulls Classic on Saturday and Sunday. SHC totaled a score of 9593 pins falling 326 pins shy of tournament champion Webber International University.
Freshman
Jackson Harris of Dothan, Ala., won the individual title over a field of 39 bowlers with a score of 1291. Sophomore
Ryan Hauck of Pen Argyl, Pa., ended the weekend in 7th place finish of 1200 pins and freshman
Curtis Westmoland of Prairieville, La., finished in 14th place with 1135 pins. Sophomore
Charles R. Noble Jr of Metairie, La., was 19th with 1091 pins and sophomore
Brian Bodenheimer from Kenner, La., finished in 27th place with a tally of 1056 pins.
The Badger junior varsity team finished 5th of 5 teams in their event with 8143 pins as freshman
Andrew Cobb of Enterprise, Ala., placed 21st overall with 1083 pins. . Freshmen
Jonathon McQuitty of Batavia, Ohio, was hot on his heels at 1080 pins and a 22nd place finish while freshman
Chadley Perkins of Eight Mile, Ala., rolled a score of 1061 for 25th place.
Kevin Cooper rounded out the Badger competitors in 35th place with a score of 938
