Spring Hill College Athletics

Ching was a standout two-sport student-athlete that lettered all four years in football and baseball. He captained the 1924 Gridiron Badgers, which was one of the best teams in SHC history. Known as a powerful end, Ching was known for leadership both on and off the field. Credited with many tackles for loss during his career in football, Ching also was pitcher for the Badger baseball team. Ching served three years as Class President.
