A senior defender on the women’s soccer team from Great Bay, Jamaica, Genus recorded a goal and an assist in the Badgers’ season-ending 4-1 victory over Southern Wesleyan on Friday. In her four-year career at SHC, she scored 10 goals with seven assists for 27 total points including two game-winning goals. Genus was also a 2013 member of the All-ICAA 2nd team and a 2014 member of the Gulf South Conference Academic Honor Roll.
