A sophomore shortstop on the baseball team from Meridian, Miss., Keaton Smith proved that Badger athletes never give up when he ripped a two-out, game-winning RBI-single to right-centerfield versus William Carey University on Saturday. Smith had struck out in his previous three at-bats, but he came through with a solid line drive when it mattered most.
