Shelton, a redshirt sophomore middle distance runner from Jacksonville, Ala., broke her own school record in the 5,000 Meter Run with a time of 19:28.15 at the rain-shortened University of Mobile Invitational on Saturday at the Gulf Shores (Ala.) SportsPlex.
