Fairchild, a junior first baseman from Defiance, Ohio, hit her first career home run in the top of the 7^th inning on Sunday at Tuskegee. Her two-run shot out of left-center field lifted the Badgers to an 11-10 victory and series sweep of the Golden Tigers. For the season, she is hitting .254 with 12 RBIs.
