Amanor, a sophomore from Murphy High School in Mobile, broke the SHC women’s 200-meter dash record over two consecutive weekends with times of 25.73 and 25.19 (wind aided). At the Jaguar Classic in Mobile this week, she placed 6th in a field comprised mostly of NCAA Division I competitors while setting one of the season’s top times in the SIAC.
