Burchell, a freshman first baseman from Frierson, La., went 16-for-22 (.727) in seven games this week as the Badgers went 7-0 on the week. She scored 10 runs and collected eight RBI with three doubles, a walk and two stolen bases with no strike outs. In the field, she had 19 putouts with no errors. For the year, Burchell is hitting .400 in 34 starts with 25 runs scored, 30 RBI and six doubles with three walks and just three strike outs.
