Sagrera, a senior pitcher from Baton Rouge, La., pitched her eighth career no-hitter on Sunday in the softball team’s 16-0 victory versus Lane College. She faced just 16 batters and struck out 14 Lady Dragons (7-3, 3-3 SIAC) while allowing just one batter to reach base off an infield error in the 4th inning. For the year, she holds a 0.97 ERA in 101.0 innings pitched with 131 strike outs and opposing batters are hitting just .167 against her.
